The two groups announced in December they would explore an affiliation.
Under the affiliation, Lakeview Health remains a separate entity with its own board, which will continue to include members of the community. Stillwater Medical Group and the Lakeview Foundation also continue to operate under the Lakeview Health system, according to the report.
