Baptist Health Adds Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center as Member

Pattie A. Clay Regional Medical Center in Richmond, Ky., has announced its full membership in Baptist Health in Louisville, Ky., according a Richmond Register report.

Pattie A. Clay will now be called Baptist Health in Richmond. However, according to the hospital’s CEO, Todd Jones, the partnership is not a merger because no assets were sold.
