Sierra Vista Regional, Arizona’s Carondelet End Partnership

Sierra Vista (Ariz.) Regional Medical Center, and Tucson, Ariz.-based Carondelet Health Network have ended the integrative network agreement the two launched in April 2010, according to an Arizona Daily Star report.

“During the past year, both parties have conducted a significant amount of due diligence, and have determined that there are too many complexities involved in a formal partnership,” said Ruth W. Brinkley, president and CEO of Carondelet. “In the end, the partnership is unable to deliver to either party the outcomes we had originally envisioned.”

The agreement will be discontinued in early April.
