WakeMed Acquires Urological Group in North Carolina

WakeMed Health & Hospitals, based in Raleigh, N.C., has acquired Capital Urological Associates, according to a Triangle Business Journal report.

Effective April 1, the group’s three physicians and one physician assistant will join WakeMed’s network. The practice will keep its current office.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not included in the report.
