The three practices joining SPHP Medical Associates include 14 urologic surgeons and four advanced practitioners. The practices will stay in their original office locations and maintain existing hospital privileges.
The urology practices joining the physician group are: Capital Regional Urological Surgeons in Albany and Saratoga, N.Y.; Northeast Urological Specialists in Albany and three physicians in the practice of K. Perumal, MD, in Troy, N.Y. They will join SPHP Medical Associates Oct. 1.
SPHP Medical Associates will have 121 physicians and 46 advanced practitioners with the addition of the new practices. The multispecialty group was formed in January.
