Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation Acquires Chicago Lake Shore Medical Associates

Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation, a strategic partner of Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago, has acquired Chicago Lake Shore Medical Associates, a multispecialty group of about 50 physicians.

With the acquisition, NMFF expands to more than 800 physicians, making it one of the largest physician practices in Chicago, according to Northwestern Memorial.
