New England Journal of Medicine launches tool to help residents prepare for challenges of being clinicians

NEJM Resident 360 is designed to help residents build their knowledge base while connecting them with a community of experts to help them gain professional insights, according to the platform website. The platform includes procedure videos, information on the latest guidelines, reviews and clinical trials, and essential facts, like tables and figures for care delivery.

Other features include a Learning Lab, which summarizes important findings in short videos, journal summaries and offers skill tests, such as matching syndromes and conditions to images. Career assistance, from negotiating contracts to managing medical school debt, is also available.
