The merger makes Stern the largest cardiovascular group in Memphis with 35 cardiologists — the Heart Clinic bringing 12 of them.
Stern aligned with Baptist in January 2011, changing its name from Stern Cardiovascular Center to Stern Cardiovascular Foundation.
