The following hospital and health system clinical affiliations and partnerships were reported by Becker's Hospital Review in the last month.

1. Carolinas HealthCare System forms 2,300-physician CIN
Charlotte, N.C.-based Carolinas HealthCare System is collaborating with a newly formed clinically integrated network of nearly 2,300 physicians called the Carolinas Physician Alliance.

2. CHOP, Einstein Healthcare Network to offer joint services at Einstein Medical Center Montgomery
The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and Philadelphia-based Einstein Healthcare Network will jointly provide neonatal, newborn, maternal and pediatric emergency services.

3. Mount Sinai, Valley Health System partner on cancer care
New York City-based Mount Sinai Health System is partnering with Ridgewood, N.J.-based Valley Health System to expand improved cancer care services in Northern New Jersey.

4. Stanford Health Care will be medical provider at U.S. Women's Open
The 71st U.S. Women's Open Championship will take place from July 4-10 in San Martin, Calif., and Stanford (Calif.) Health Care will serve as the medical services provider.

5. Dignity Health hospital partners with RadNet to open outpatient imaging center
Dignity Health – Glendale (Calif.) Memorial Hospital and Health Center formed a joint venture with RadNet, a national provider of freestanding, fixed-site diagnostic imaging services.

6. Montefiore Health System, United Hospital Fund partner to integrate behavioral health into primary care
Bronx, N.Y.-based Montefiore Health System and the United Hospital Fund — a New York City-based nonprofit organization —created a framework to assist primary care practices in serving patients with mental health issues.

7. Renown Health, Stanford Healthcare ink affiliation agreement
Renown Health in Reno, Nev., has partnered with Stanford (Calif.) Health Care, Lucile Packard Stanford Children's Hospital Stanford in Palo Alto, Calif., and Stanford (Calif.) University School of Medicine to expand access to specialty services to northern Nevada communities.

8. St. Joseph Health to form joint venture with UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals
St. Joseph Health — which includes Santa Rosa (Calif.) Memorial Hospital and Petaluma (Calif.) Valley Hospital — and UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals in San Francisco signed a joint venture agreement to enhance and expand neonatal and pediatric services.
