As part of the deal, ThedaCare acquires ACA’s assets and will employ the practice’s 16 physicians, seven nurse practitioners and physician assistants and 110 staff members. In addition, ACA will continue to operate its full-time offices at AMC and Theda Clark Medical Center in Neenah, Wisc., plus 11 satellite clinics.
The deal is intended to enhance ThedaCare’s and ACA’s cardiovascular service lines and improve care coordination, according to the release.
