North Carolina’s WakeMed opening $99M Children’s Hospital

WakeMed is opening a $99 million children’s hospital in Raleigh, N.C., according to a report by WRAL.

The children’s hospital is on the fourth floor of a new 168,000-square-foot tower.

Two other floors of the tower house a new 159-bed cardiovascular intermediate care unit and a 58-bed cardiovascular intensive care unit.
