Texas’ Baylor Medical Center at Frisco Facility Acquired by Healthcare Realty Trust

The real estate of Baylor Medical Center at Frisco (Texas) has been acquired by Nashville, Tenn.-based Healthcare Realty Trust for $133.5 million, according to a Tennessean report.

Baylor’s campus includes a 68-bed hospital, two office buildings and two parcels of unimproved land.
