4. He is the former president and CEO of St. Mary’s Hospital in East St. Louis, Ill.
5. Tenet’s board currently includes 12 directors, five of whom have joined since November 2016.
6. Tenet recently released its financial results for the third quarter of 2017, reporting a net loss of $367 million on revenues of $4.59 billion.
