Susan Peach, BSN. CEO of HighPoint Health System (Gallatin, Tenn.). Ms. Peach is a nurse by background and began her time in leadership roles early in her career. In 1992, she was named COO of Rockdale Regional Medical Center in Conyers, Ga., and became CEO three years later. She then moved on to hold senior roles at both Quorum Health Resources, a spinoff enterprise of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Systems, and Englewood, Colo.-based Catholic Health Initiatives, before joining Brentwood, Tenn.-based LifePoint Hospital’s Hospital Support Center as CNO of the Delta Division. Ms. Peach found her current home at HighPoint in 2012. She holds an MBA from Georgia State University in Atlanta and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
