Robert Phillips, MD, PhD. Executive Vice President and CMO of Houston Methodist. Dr. Philips was professor of medicine and population health research, senior vice president and director of the heart and vascular center of excellence at the University of Massachusetts Medical School in Worcester before joining Houston Methodist. He also previously held academic appointments at the New York University School of Medicine and the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, both in New York City.
