Mr. Wall most recently served as general counsel and senior vice president of Franklin, Tenn.-based Capella Healthcare. He is a member of the board of governors and vice-chair of the Legal and Operations Policy Committee of the Federation of American Hospitals and former chair of the American Bar Association Health Law Section.
