The New Hampshire Hospital Association has expanded its consumer information website to include how much hospitals charge for specific outpatient procedures, according to an NHHA news release.
NHPricePoint.org displays a list of more than 80 commonly requested outpatient procedures, visits and diagnostic tests, such as colonoscopies, CT scans, MRIs and emergency department visits.
The charges listed on the site are hospitals’ median charges, including the charges of supplies, nursing care, equipment use and any service handled by hospital staff.
