Starting Nov. 1, UnitedHealthcare’s commercial plan customers will be able to visit Mayo’s facilities and pay the same out-of-pocket costs as if they were going to the local in-network hospital for treatment.

The contract applies to all Mayo’s group practices and hospitals in New York, Florida and Arizona.
