CEO Maureen Bryant of Massachusetts’ Morton Hospital Resigns

Maureen Bryant has resigned as president and CEO of Morton Hospital, a Steward Health Care facility in Taunton, Mass., according to a Herald News report.

Ms. Bryant, whose resignation is effective at the end of the year, is stepping down to take the top job at Provena Mercy Medical Center in Aurora, Ill. According to the report, an interim operations manager will oversee Morton Hospital until parent company Steward Health finds a permanent replacement.
