Landmark recently signed an asset purchase agreement with Ontario, Calif.-based Prime Healthcare Services.

Landmark’s CMO, Robert S. Crausman, MD, also stepped down recently. He said the hospital “has a secure future” with Prime and that he “accomplished everything I wanted to do there,” according to the report.
