Kettering Health Network in Ohio Pays $4M for Former Office Tower

Dayton, Ohio-based Kettering Health Network has purchased a former office tower for approximately $4 million, according to a Dayton Daily News report.

The 126,000-square-foot building will house administrative support offices for an undetermined number of health system employees. The health system plans to retain the building’s current tenants, who occupy 40 percent of the building.
