Indianapolis-based Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, P.C., has strengthened its healthcare firm with the addition of Susan Banks, Summer Martin and Rebecca Merrill as shareholders.

The three attorneys bring experience in healthcare regulatory compliance, reimbursement strategy and complex transactions, according to an April news release shared with Becker’s.

They will advise health systems, hospitals, providers and life sciences organizations on regulatory, operational and transactional matters.

Hall Render is a healthcare law firm with eight offices nationwide and has represented more than 5,000 healthcare organizations across all 50 states.

At Becker's 4th Annual CEO + CFO Roundtable, taking place November 2–5 in Chicago, more than 1,500 hospital and health system executives tackle decisions that determine whether organizations thrive or merely survive: protecting margins under cost pressure, choosing where to grow, renegotiating payer relationships, stabilizing the workforce and proving real ROI on technology.
