All of DMC’s eight hospitals now have a “Whole+Sum” menu catered toward vegetarians and vegans. The health system also reduced the prices at its salad bars. To further employee wellness, DMC also launched a Lose2Win weight-loss and fitness program and changed vending machines to include less sugary items and more water.
