Mr. Knox specializes in creating cultures built on performance, accountability and positive attitudes throughout the organization. One of his first projects included the launch of a transformational effort to develop a “Patient-Centered Care Culture.”
Mr. Knox holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and a bachelor’s degree in management science from Duke University, which he attended on a football scholarship.
