Dennis Knox joined Antelope Valley Hospital in Lancaster, Calif., in December 2013. He previously worked for Integrated Healthcare Holdings, a publicly traded hospital management company, as CEO of Western Medical Center in Anaheim, Calif., and also served as corporate director of physician alignment at Universal Health Services, based in King of Prussia, Pa.

Mr. Knox specializes in creating cultures built on performance, accountability and positive attitudes throughout the organization. One of his first projects included the launch of a transformational effort to develop a “Patient-Centered Care Culture.”Dennis Knox - high res

Mr. Knox holds a master’s degree in healthcare administration and a bachelor’s degree in management science from Duke University, which he attended on a football scholarship.
