The UMTRC is a consortium of telehealth organizations that focus on telehealth programs and technical assistance needs in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio. In addition to the IRHA, the participating organizations include the Community Health Network, Union Hospital’s Richard G. Lugar Center for Rural Health, Indianapolis-based Indiana University Health, Indianapolis-based St. Vincent Health, Indiana Health Information Technology, Affiliated Service Providers and the Indiana State Office of Rural Health.
