Mr. Tersigni joins new appointees B. Todd Jones, senior vice president and special counsel for conduct at the NFL, and Kristin Robertson, vice president and general manager of autonomous systems, part of Boeing Defense, Space & Security.

“I am proud and honored to join the board of Saint Louis University, which this year has been celebrating its 200th anniversary,” Mr. Tersigni said in a statement. “I have admired [SLU President] Dr. Fred Pestello from afar and now will have the opportunity to assist him and the university as it pursues its commitment to ‘higher purpose, greater good.'”

Mr. Tersigni also serves on the boards of several other faith-based organizations, including the National Catholic Bioethics Center and the Healthcare Leadership Council. He received an Honorary Doctorate from Saint Louis University in 2011.
