Cleveland Clinic To Cut Nearly 200 Jobs This Week

The Cleveland Clinic will lay off approximately 200 employees in administrative and clinical positions this week, according to a Bloomberg Businessweek report.

The cuts will not affect hiring for the several hundred jobs currently open at the Clinic, and those who are laid off will be allowed to apply for those open positions.

In the past year, the Clinic has eliminated nearly 600 vacant jobs through consolidations.
