For the survey, State of Reform asked healthcare leaders to give anonymous feedback about healthcare policy and legislative leadership, how they view public and private organizations and their own feelings about healthcare reform. More than 520 healthcare executives responded to the survey, which was conducted between Dec. 22, 2014, and Jan. 5, 2015.
Here are three other findings from the survey.
1. When respondents were asked to choose adjectives that more specifically describe their outlook for 2016, the top choice was “challenged” (55.97 percent). The second choice was “engaged.”
2. The Department of Health and Health Care Authority were once again rated highest among the public sector agencies.
3. Seattle Children’s Hospital held on to its No. 1 position for favorably viewed healthcare organizations.
