Fairview Park Hospital to Nearly Double ER Size

Fairview Park Hospital in Dublin, Ga., is planning to expand its emergency room, according to a report by The Telegraph.

The expansion and renovation will increase the number of rooms in the ER from 12 to 22 and will also have a dedicated area for pediatric patients. The hospital also plans on adding a digital portable X-ray and ultrasound machine. The cost of the project has not been unveiled as yet.

The construction is expected to being in July and will likely be completed by next year, according to the report.
