Ivinson Memorial Hospital in Laramie, Wy., has appointed Tim Kirsch, MD, as its inaugural chief medical officer.
Dr. Kirsch has more than two decades of leadership experience, most recently serving as the hospital’s anesthesia medical director.
He also practices as an anesthesiologist at Ivinson Memorial Hospital’s surgery center through a partnership with Northern Colorado Anesthesia Professionals.
Dr. Kirsch’s appointment is part of Ivinson Memorial Hospital’s broader effort to improve provider engagement and communication.
Ivinson Memorial Hospital is a 99-bed nonprofit community hospital affiliated with Aurora-based University of Colorado Health.
