Here are three things to know about Mr. Ivy.
1. As COO, he will handle day-to-day operations at WMC’s soon-to-be four medical clinics. Meanwhile, WMC CEO Paul Black will oversee rebuilding of the hospital and related facilities, according to the report. WMC was heavily damaged by a tornado last year.
2. Mr. Ivy has worked for North Mississippi Health Services, a nine-hospital system based in Tupelo, for 12 years.
3. Most recently, he was the administrator of clinical and support services for NMHS.
