2. Mr. Hazzard has extensive experience in translational management, having served as interim CEO at other facilities, such as Moses Taylor Hospital and Mercy Hospital in Scranton, Pa.
3. Western Arizona Regional Medical Center is a part of Franklin, Tenn.-based Community Health Services, as are Moses Taylor Hospital and Mercy Hospital.
4. Mr. Hazzard earned a master’s degree in healthcare administration at the University of Florida in Gainesville.
