West Valley Medical Center names chief nursing officer

Angie Merrell, MSN, RN, was selected as chief nursing officer of Caldwell, Idaho-based West Valley Medical Center, according to a LinkedIn post. She joins West Valley from Ogden (Utah) Regional Medical Center, where she was the assistant CNO.

Ms. Merrell has spent nearly 20 years in nursing and has worked in numerous clinical leadership roles. 

West Valley is a 150-bed hospital handling more than 4,500 admissions per year. Read more about the hospital here
