Mr. Paule has worked in healthcare finance since 1984. He most recently served as CFO and COO at Phelps County Regional Medical Center in Rolla, Mo., as the second highest senior administrative leader for the 240-bed acute care hospital.
Mr. Paule replaces Terry Litke, who resigned from Kennewick earlier this year.
