Larry Cohen has retired as chief projects officer of Ilwaco, Wash.-based Ocean Beach Health.
Mr. Cohen previously served as CEO of the hospital from 2016 to 2022, which was then known as Ocean Beach Hospital and Medical Clinics, according to his LinkedIn profile. He returned from retirement in April 2024 to serve as interim CEO until September of that year.
After helping to hire the organization’s new CEO, Mr. Cohen stayed on part time as chief projects officer to complete work tied to a $10 million capital projects bond the community passed in August 2023. Once most of the projects were underway, Mr. Cohen retired for a third — and final — time, effective April 1, he told Becker’s.
