Washington Hospital CEO Resigns

Steve Brown, CEO of Evergreen Hospital Medical Center in Kirkland, Wash., has announced his resignation, effective Feb. 2010, according to a report by the Kirkland Reporter.

Mr. Brown will leave the hospital, which he has led since 2002, to become president and CEO of Mount Nittany Medical Center in State College, Pa.

Mr. Brown earned a master’s degree in public administration and healthcare services from The Pennsylvania State University.
