VP for Oncology Services at NY Hospital Named Among Top 50 Influential Businesswomen

Cat Taylor, assistant vice president for Oncology Services at South Nassau Communities Hospital in Oceanside, N.Y., has been named among the Top 50 Most Influential Women in Business by Long Island Business News, according to a news release.

Women on the list are recognized for their business acumen, mentoring and community involvement.

Ms. Taylor works with the medical director of the cancer program to manage the oncology program, which includes surgical oncology, psychosocial services and cancer screening, among other services. She volunteers with the Long Island Breast Cancer Action Coalition, LI2Day, Find A Cure Today, LICruizin for A Cure and the American Cancer Society. She is also a member of the Association of Community Cancer Centers and the NYS Cancer Consortium.
