Marc Kosak has been named president and COO of Berlin-based Central Vermont Medical Center, effective July 20, according to a July 15 news release shared with Becker’s.
The hospital is part of Burlington-based University of Vermont Health.
In his new role, Mr. Kosak will oversee the hospital’s mission to provide care, improve community-based services and advance the health and well-being for the community it serves.
Mr. Kosak will also partner with clinical and operational leaders at the hospital and across UVM Health to advance quality and safety, enhance patient access and support workforce development.
Prior to his new role, Mr. Kosak served as executive vice president and COO of Greenwich (Conn.) Hospital and senior vice president of Yale New Haven (Conn.) Health.
