Nashville, Tenn.-based Vanderbilt Health named Jasmiry Bennett, DNP, APRN, ACNP-BC, its inaugural vice president and chief advanced practice officer.
In this role, Dr. Bennett will provide strategic leadership for the APP community across the system and shape the future of advanced practice, according to an Aug. 13 system news release.
She will step into her role in November and report to System Chief Nursing Officer Karen Keady, PhD, RN.
Currently, Dr. Bennett serves as advanced practice director at Yale New Haven (Conn.) Hospital.
