Three points:
1. Ms. McEvoy comes to UMass Memorial Health Care from health services company Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, where she was vice president for central and western Massachusetts.
2. She has also served as senior director, government and community relations, at Fallon Community Health Plan, an insurer.
3. In her new role, Ms. McEvoy will work to strengthen the health system’s partnerships with major corporations and bolster its commercial market share.
