U of Rochester Medical Center taps hospital COO

Maura Snyder has been named COO of Rochester, N.Y.-based Highland Hospital, effective Oct. 21.

Ms. Snyder brings more than 25 years of healthcare leadership experience to the role, according to a Sept. 4 news release from University of Rochester (N.Y.) Medical Center. 

She most recently served as associate COO at Rochester (N.Y.) General Hospital, part of Rochester Regional Health.

Ms. Snyder’s responsibilities at the 261-bed Highland Hospital will include overseeing patient care services and clinical departments, the release said.
