Tuomey Healthcare System Appoints Michael Schwartz Interim CEO

Tuomey Healthcare System in Sumter, S.C., has appointed Michael Schwartz as interim CEO and president, effective Dec. 2.

Most recently, Mr. Schwartz was an interim executive with FTI Consulting. He has previously served as president and CEO of Arlington Heights, Ill.-based Alexian Brothers Health System and executive vice president and COO of Jersey Shore Medical Center in Neptune Township, N.J.
