Touchette Regional Hospital makes 2 leadership changes: 5 things to know

Touchette Regional Hospital in Centreville, Ill., changed its leadership structure, naming a new president and expanding the responsibilities of the COO.

Here are five things to know:

1. Joe Jansen will serve as the hospital’s new president.

2. Mr. Jansen most recently served as corporate vice president of Sauget, Ill.-based SIHF Healthcare, which is the controlling corporation of Touchette Regional Hospital.

3. He previously served as vice president and associate administrator of Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis.

4. COO Sulbrena Day, PhD, RN, will assume the responsibilities of chief nurse officer.

5. Dr. Day has served as COO since 2017.
