2. He resigned from his post as president and CEO of Moses Lake, Wash.-based Samaritan Healthcare to accept the Regina position.
3. Prior to his work in Washington, Mr. Thompson was CEO of Essentia Health St. Mary’s-Detroit Lakes (Minn.). There, he helped create an integrated health system that includes clinics, acute care and post-acute services, according to the report. He also led day-to-day operations, care processes and strategy while making more than $80 million in facility additions and improvements, the report notes.
