Prior to joining TRMC, Mr. Scoggin served as vice president and trust officer at Guaranty Bond Bank in Mount Pleasant. He was responsible for monitoring the bank’s investment portfolio, reviewing the trust department’s financial statements and developing investment and planning solutions for clients.
