Mr. Kastanis most recently held transitional contractor and interim CEO positions at Quincy (Mass.) Medical Center; Caritas Health Care in Boston — now Steward Health Care System — and Southampton (N.Y.) Hospital. He was also president and CEO of the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopaedic Institute in New York City from 1996 to 2005.
