Ms. Croushore has been the CEO for 10 years. She will continue to serve as a senior advisor to the hospital through the end of 2012.
The Christ Hospital began searching for a new CEO immediately following the announcement. Mike Keating, a board member of The Christ Hospital, will serve as president and CEO until the search is completed.
