Medical Center Hospital CFO Robert Abernethy to Retire

Robert Abernethy, CFO of Medical Center Hospital in Odessa, Texas, has announced he plans to retire, according to an Odessa American report.

Mr. Abernethy will be replaced by Jon Riggs on Oct. 1. Mr. Riggs is joining MCH from Hendrick Medical Center in Abilene, Texas, where he serves as controller.

Mr. Abernethy has been with MCH for 12 years and has worked in healthcare for more than 40 years.
