Tennessee hospital names chief medical officer

Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga, Tenn., has named Walter Kerschl, MD, chief medical officer.

He spent 24 years practicing as an internist before working as President of Evexia Healthcare Advisors. Dr. Kerschl is also the former vice president and CMO at Camden Clark Medical Center in Parkersburg, W. Va.

Parkridge Medical Center is a 275-bed hospital.
