Mr. Grah previously served as COO of Providence Memorial Hospital and The Children’s Hospital at Providence in El Paso, Texas. Prior to serving as COO at Providence, Mr. Grah served as managing principal with Chip Caldwell and Associates. He also served as system vice president at San Diego-based Scripps Health and CEO of Scripps Chula Vista Hospital in California as well as CEO at several hospitals with the Appalachian Regional Healthcare, which is based in Lexington, Ky.
